THE MANDATE
As the Client Officer, you must exemplify Polygenics Consulting’s commitment to excellence by providing an exceptional experience to anyone with whom you interact. Operating with accuracy and integrity, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. You must be genuinely excited about helping people. You must ensure, that above all, the needs of the client are met, and be passionate about communicating in a professional manner with warmth, empathy and patience. You must be a skilled listener, sensitive to other’s needs, driving client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and providing service that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
  • Results driven - able to maintain and sustain company goals
  • Verifies package integrity and chain of custody requirements
  • Identifies complete and partial cases and provides updates to the client and team accordingly
  • Ensure that team members are adequately prepared for client appointments, including out of office visits
  • Monitoring and ordering of kits, and other items needed for daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as it becomes evident
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong listening skills and patience to handle novel situations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Knowledge of good record keeping requirements is a plus
  • Proven ability to interact with all organizational levels is essential
  • Proven ability to interact with partners locally, regionally and internationally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible to changing priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behaviour and confidentiality
